Frequently Asked Questions About Sifu Chuck’s Wing Chun Training Videos

Wing Chun Videos

What happens after my payment has been processed (i.e. how do I get my video (s)?

Once your payment has been processed via our secure server, you’ll be taken to a page with download instructions for your videos and bonus gifts (if applicable). We use a professional video downloading storage company that offers secure, private video downloads.

You’ll also be sent an email with download instructions as a backup. If you still have questions you can email us with your order number and we’ll walk you through it.

How long will the videos take to download?

Each video takes approximately 5 – 15 minutes to download, depending on the speed of your computer. Once downloaded you can play the video at any time on your computer without having to be connected to the Internet (this is NOT a streaming video product).

How do I play my video(s)?

All videos are in mp4 format. You can play them with Quicktime player (which you can download for free here if you don’t already have it). You can also play them with any mp4 player of your choice.

Once downloaded to your computer, you can also use the iTunes program to transfer the video to your iPod, iTouch or iPad for on-the-go training.

Can I download multiple versions of the video?

Unfortunately no. You can download the video once only. However once downloaded to your computer you can transition it easily to your iTouch if you want to watch the video ‘on-the-go’ using the iTunes program to transfer it over.

Can I get the videos in DVD format?

Yes, you can get these videos in DVD format from Amazon. Click here for more information on Sifu Chuck’s videos in DVD format. Please note however that you will not receive the bonus gifts or future video discounts with the DVDs that you get with the downloadable videos.

What’s the difference between the DVD and the downloadable video? Which should I buy?

The video training itself is the exact same – whether you watch the downloadable videos available from this website – or whether you buy the DVDs from Amazon.

However, there are benefits to each one – depending on who you are and what you prefer. For example, some people prefer to have a physical DVD to play.

However the downloadable videos offered from this website are available to you within minutes (no waiting for your DVD to come in the mail to start your training). Also, because of the extra cost to produce the DVD, you’ll find the price is slightly higher for a physical DVD.

So you can save substantial money on the downloadable videos vs. the physical DVDs – especially if you buy them as a bundle in the Complete Mastery Bundle or the Wing Chun Forms Bundle.

Also, please note that the Free Wing Chun Bonus Gifts and reports are only available with the downloadable videos from this website – they are not included with the DVDs.

I notice that the Wooden Dummy Form is available as a downloadable 2-video set from this website – will you be coming out with this video set in DVD format?

Yes – absolutely! The Wooden Dummy DVD is now available on Amazon here. It is in 2 parts because of the length of instruction, and number of details needed for each section. Note however that you will not get the free bonus gifts with the DVD that you get with the downloadable video set.
